SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are sent within 4-6 working days of order receipt. Shipping costs vary depending on location and product weight, and are calculated at the checkout. Shipping is currently offered within Australia only.
RETURN POLICY
We are happy to provide a refund provided that the original product is returned to us unopened and unused and not damaged, in its original packaging, within 14 days of purchase. Please note that postage charges will not be refunded.
Where a refund is requested, this will be processed via the same tender as the original purchase. If a credit or debit card was used for purchase, then the same card details must be provided to receive the refund.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment can be made using all major credit cards or Paypal. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Paypal at checkout.
